Sunil Anand is the founder and CEO of Anand Properties Group, a family-led real estate development company active in Delhi and Vancouver.
His experience began in New Delhi within the real-estate foundation established by his father, Mr. Prem Nath Anand. That early exposure shaped a leadership approach grounded in reputation, discipline and long-term responsibility.
Today, Sunil continues to oversee the family’s ongoing real-estate interests and operations in Delhi while leading Anand Properties Group’s work in Vancouver and British Columbia.
