Anand Properties Group is a family-led real estate development company based in British Columbia. Our work is residential, but our perspective is generational.
Led by founder and CEO Sunil Anand, the company approaches every opportunity with an ownership mindset: understand the context, make careful decisions and remain accountable to the finished result.
That approach is supported by a real-estate foundation established in New Delhi, where the family remains active today, and expressed in Canada through homes designed for the way British Columbians live.
